Learning: The #1 resiliency factor is a strong, safe relationship with an adult or peer. Dustin and Darrell, leaders in the Northwest School District, will explore the restorative approach to improve work culture to promote resilience for staff and youth.
The take-away: Through experiential activities, you will learn tools to begin engaging others with a high amount of support and accountability that can be applied across settings and situations.
